- How long will my delivery take?

Your order should take 5-7 business days to reach you. If your order consists of customized products, it may take 7-10 business days.

- How can I track my order delivery?

You can track your order on Delhivery.com, using the tracking number provided in the email with all your order & shipping details. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with us immediately. Drop us an email at goingpostalart@gmail.com with your order details.

- Tracking link shows it is "Delivered", but haven't received it. What should I do?

Please drop us an email with your full name, order ID and tracking details. We shall check with the courier service for the same.

- I have received a damaged product. What can be done?

We are so sorry to hear this, in this highly unlikely event we would request you to contact us as soon as you receive the order.

  • Drop us a mail at goingpostalart@gmail.com with images or video of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is fitting. 
  • Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

- I have changed my mind & would like to cancel my order. What should I do?

  • Once your order has been placed, it can only be cancelled within 12 hours from the time that it was first placed.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations for any customized products.

- I would like to place a bulk order, can I place one?

Absolutely, we like nothing more than lots of stationery! Write to us, and let us know about your requirements & quantity and we will get back to you.

- I want to return a Cash On Delivery (COD) Order. What can I do?

Products that are Customised/Personalised cannot be returned unless there is any damage or missing product at the time of delivery. You need to inform within 24 hours of the delivery in case of any damage or missing product. Apart from that, other products we accept COD Returns. The user must ship the product at their own cost. Please write to us at goingpostalart@gmail.com  in case of a COD return.
